An advance of 50% of the invoice amount is to be paid on confirmation of the order form.

The design project will be marked as complete only upon the receipt of the customer’s signed Approval Form or an email.

All other auxiliary services such as printing, publishing, etc. are not the responsibility of VMM Illustrations.

The project may be terminated for any reason by either the Client or VMM Illustrations, if a written notification is provided within 7 days.

On termination, the Client is required to make payments against the services provided for the work completed till date of provision of notification.

Any advances of fees provided will be credited against the amount due. 

On termination of the project, the designs produced will be property of VMM Illustrations, unless stated otherwise.

The Client will be provided an Invoice prior to the exchange of final design files. At this time, the remainder of the amount due will be payable.

Any invoice queries must be submitted by email within 7 days of the invoice date.

Accounts which remain outstanding after 7 days of preparation of Invoice will be required to pay a fine of 5% of invoice amount.

Modes of payment available will be mentioned on the invoice.

Release of deliverables by VMM Illustrations, may not take place before payment has been received.

The Client agrees that changes required over and above the estimated work or; in addition to the agreed scope or; where the client makes changes to the supplied copy or changes required to be carried out after acceptance of the draft design, will be liable to a separate charge.

The Client also agrees that VMM Illustrations holds no responsibility for any amendments made by any third party via the Client, before or after a design is marked completed.

By supplying text, images and other data to VMM Illustrations for inclusion in the deliverables, the Client declares that it holds the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. The ownership of such materials will remain with the Client, or rightful copyright or trademark owner.

Any artwork, images, or text supplied and/or designed by VMM Illustrations on behalf of the customer, will remain the property of VMM Illustrations and/or its suppliers unless otherwise agreed in writing. A licence for use of the copyright material is granted to the customer solely for the project defined in the scope or request and not for any other purpose.

The customer agrees to fully indemnify and hold VMM Illustrations free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the customer in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.

The placement of an order for a project offered by VMM Illustrations, by email, verbally or in writing, is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are available for reference on the website.

An order validated by the client’s signature on the order form, or by email, constitutes acceptance of the order and agreement to comply fully with all the Terms and Conditions and forms a Contract for Business between the client and VMM Illustrations.

All work is carried out by VMM Illustrations on the understanding that the client has agreed to our terms and conditions.

These Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services offered by VMM Illustrations.
